Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. During peak ritual seasons or collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within the UAE
We offer standard and express delivery options across the Emirates. Standard delivery usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
Right now we do not ship outside of the UAE, but soon will. Keep checking this space.

Packaging
Your items will arrive wrapped and protected with intention. We use sustainable and minimal packaging wherever possible, in alignment with our values.

Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email so you may follow its journey home.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
