Every item from Spade of Alchemies is created, selected, or assembled with care, and we hope you feel that intention in each offering. Due to the energetic and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and its packaging

We’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or partial refund.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for any resolution.

  • We do not offer refunds for items delayed due to courier issues or customs processing.

  • Because many of our offerings are crafted in small batches, replacements may require a short lead time.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to scent preference or energetic experience, as these are highly individual and subjective.
